These terms and conditions govern all services, games, and payments related to the mmk6 platform. By accessing mmk6 online or opening an account and using the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to follow all of these terms and conditions precisely. 1 Definitions

1.2 "Player" means
"Player" refers to any person who has registered an account at mmk6 and uses or wishes to use the services.
1.3 "Services" means

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Players must be 21+ to use the mmk6 platform. If anyone under 21 attempts to register, we will close their account immediately and handle any remaining balance through the appropriate process.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual player may open only one account at mmk6. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same player, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and cancel all bonuses.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Players must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account opened with false information at any time.
2.4 Account Security
Players must not share their account login details — especially their password — with any third party. Players are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods
mmk6 currently accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. We will give advance notice of any changes or additions to these methods.
3.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted by the platform.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the date we confirm them. Players should understand that processing may take longer in unusual circumstances or when verification is required.
Withdrawals for a player will only be processed to their registered payment account. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
mmk6's welcome bonus is 200% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be met.
Examples — Deposit scenarios:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks must be met.
- Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a balance of 420,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks must be met.
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
Bonus funds cannot be combined with another bonus. Players can check on the platform which games the bonus can be used on. If we find that a bonus was obtained through deliberate abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
4.3 Referral Bonus
When you refer a friend and they make their first deposit, the referrer will receive 8% of their deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred friends' valid wagers.
5 VIP Level Services
mmk6's VIP program has 5 levels, with players progressing based on their playing activity and loyalty. VIP cashback rewards are as follows:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
VIP cashback will be credited by mmk6 as bonus funds, and the specified wagering requirement must be met before they can be withdrawn.
6 Fair Play Code of Conduct and Prohibited Actions
6.1 Prohibited Actions
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Attempting to hack, bot, or script the platform by any means,
- Attempting to fraudulently obtain bonuses (multi-accounting, collusion),
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources,
- Threatening or harassing other players,
- Copying or distributing the platform's advertisements and content without permission.
6.2 Suspension and Account Termination
If we find that any of the above terms have been violated, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the player's account without prior notice and void any bonuses and winnings obtained from them.
7 Personal Information and Security

We do not store players' payment data — it is processed through trusted payment services and verified directly at the source.
8 Service Limitations and Responsibilities
8.1 Service Interruption
mmk6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend services due to technical maintenance, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will make every effort to notify players in advance where possible.
8.2 Liability for Losses

9 Language and Communication
The official language of these terms and conditions is Burmese. Where this document is made available in any other language, the Burmese original shall be considered authoritative, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Burmese original shall prevail.

10 Amendments to Terms

11 Account Closure and Fund Recovery
11.1 Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they may request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn by the appropriate method before closure — if the bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, only the bonus amount will be voided and the player's deposited amount will remain.
11.2 Closure by mmk6
If mmk6 closes a player's account due to a breach of terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses will not be paid out. However, if the player can demonstrate that their own deposited funds (Deposit) remain, these will be resolved through negotiation.
